Best tasted at an average temperature of 12 to 13°C. Can be paired with white meat, fish or cheese.

  • Manual harvest – indigenous yeast
  • Fermentation and aging : fermentation in oak barrels only, maturation in barrels on fine lees for more than 80% of this vintage (7 months for the primeur wine without filtration – 10 to 12 months for the finished vintage)
  • Low sulphite wine (< 25mg/L)

Best tasted at an average temperature of 12 to 13°C. Can be tasted alone as an aperitif or paired with white meat (grilled/in sauce), with white fish or even with caviar.

  • Fermentation and aging : oak barrels and stainless steel vats (80/20), maturation in barrels on fine lees during 10 to 12 months
  • Low sulphite wine (< 30mg/L)

Terres de voiles 2021

  • AOC Montlouis-sur-Loire
  • 100% Chenin

Best tasted at an average temperature of 14 to 15°C. Can be paired with white meat, asian cuisine or sweet and savory dishes.

  • Manual harvest-indigenous yeast
  • Fermentation and aging : in barrels only, stabilization of the sugar level using the cold, the barrel being transferred in a cold room. Malolactic fermentation almost complete.
  • Low sulphite wine (< 50mg/L)

Best tasted at a temperature of 18°C. Open the bottle before tasting. Can be paired with red meat.

  • Fermentation and aging : fermentation in vat, aging in oak barrels after malolactic fermentation, for 8 to 12 months
  • Low sulphite wine (< 45mg/L)
